H2o
Fitness offers aqua training programs throughout the year at various
locations. Our training
is recognized by the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA). 8 (cec’s)
Continuing education credits are given for this training.
The training is a 12 hour course with approximately 6 hours
spent in the water. A practical and written exam will be given at
the end of the course. After completing the course, students are
encouraged to mentor with a seasoned instructor for a period of time
until the student is ready to start teaching.
